Somatic Support
Somatic support sessions are an incredibly compassionate, loving, and resourceful space to receive guidance and be held.
They are single 1:1 sessions with a holistic approach that focus on tuning into where you're at and uniquely needing support the most right now.
The main pillar of this work is somatic embodiment--where we address limitations, wounding, struggles, and emotion at its root--in the body.

The body is the home of our many layers, our lifelong experiences, our different parts & ages, and most importantly....our subconscious, which is the behind the scenes director of our reality.
​
With a transformational yet grounded, practical, and integrative holistic approach, we work together to overcome present stuck-ness, limiting patterns, relational struggles by fostering a new and empowering way of relating to them.
​
Rather than looping in stories of the mind through solely "talking it out," we go into the sensation in the body and tend to it with loving care, presence, compassion, reverence, and acceptance.
This work teaches us​ how to hold & move through experiences in ways that feel supportive and nurturing so that we feel more emotionally regulated and resourced in our day to day--no matter what life graces us with.

From there, we get to be the empowered creators of our lives.
We get to live in a state of responsiveness versus a state of reaction.
We get to live through life, rather than life living through us.

About Me
My devotion to supporting women in living empowering and embodied lives is deeply inspired by overcoming many of my own traumas and impending limitations—cPTSD, sexual trauma, the loss of a parent, religious trauma, extreme low self worth, as well as the journey of awakening spiritually and being a mystic/creative/sensitive woman in today’s society.
I spent many years looping in the same self limiting “stories” of pain and struggle so that you don’t have to. I am here to tell you that there are indeed more efficient ways to move through limitations, challenges, and transitions—with more ease, empowerment, self compassion, and grace. Which is why I am passionate about sharing what I do!
All of the tools and resources I utilize for supporting women, I have found to be huge missing links and incredibly transformative. My wisdom comes from deeply embodying these tools through self study, integration, as well as many years of solitude and retreat.
I have a background in Holistic Health Coaching as well as Somatic Experiencing and have studied under many amazing and renowned healers and practitioners.
I believe it’s less about reaching a destination of “being healed” and more about embodying acceptance and discovering the tools to hold yourself through—come what may. That is the ethos of my work.
